Using co.day

co.day is run by Buzzy Pty Ltd. By using it you agree to these terms.

What it is

A place to offer time, book time and take the call. You are responsible for what you say on a call and what you publish on your booking page.

Your account

Sign in with Google, keep your account to yourself, and tell us if someone else gets into it. co.day is for adults.

Fair use

Don't use co.day to harass anyone, to send spam, to break the law, or to try to reach other people's data.

Calls

Calls are transcribed by default so co can take notes, and each person can switch that off for themselves. Calls between two people are kept as a record both of them can see, so don't put anything there you wouldn't want the other person to read.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, co.day is provided as it is, we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability is limited to what you have paid us.

Ending it

You can stop any time. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.
